The Tyl Rewards mobile app project is a component of the larger Tyl project by NatWest, an innovative payments provider offering various card machines for businesses. It is supported by NatWest, a major retail and commercial bank in the United Kingdom.

With Tyl Rewards, the idea was to create a user-friendly mobile app for customer engagement platform meticulously crafted for the unique needs of small and medium-sized businesses which empowers enterprises to effortlessly connect with both new and existing customers, helping them reach their business objectives faster.

This innovative platform was conceptualized to provide a dual solution: a sophisticated digital loyalty program and a portal for instantly redeemable offers. By doing so, Tyl Rewards aimed to bridge the gap between businesses and their customers, fostering stronger relationships and driving business growth. Sincapp Mobi joined the project midway but played a pivotal role by integrating a secure payment forwarding system and optimising map features.

Challenges and Execution

The development of Tyl Rewards presented several challenges:

  • Integration of Secure Payment Forwarding System: One of the primary objectives was to integrate a secure and reliable payment forwarding system.
